Located in Tbilisi, Georgia, the University of Georgia (UG) is one of the largest private universities in the country, with more than 8000 local and international students. The University has accredited programs on three levels of higher education (Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D.) in English and Georgian languages.

UG joined Erasmus Mundus in 2013. Erasmus Mundus is a cooperation and mobility program in the field of higher education that aims to enhance the quality of European higher education and to promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through cooperation with Third-Countries. The program includes implementing exchanges of Undergraduate, Graduate, Ph.D., and Post-Doctorate students and Academic/administrative staff in European higher educational institutions. In the framework of individual cooperation, students are allowed to become exchange students in European and American leading universities for one or two semesters.
All the educational courses are available in English for international students.
The students of the University of Georgia are provided with high-quality comprehensive career services at the Employment Support Center. Having established successful partnerships with multiple private companies and public organizations in Georgia, the center facilitates relationships between students and employers.

There are residential halls that accommodate supplemental housing. All residence halls have secure two-factor building access, WiFi and Ethernet internet access, laundry rooms, study lounges, community kitchens, and access to a 24-hour desk.
Residents will enjoy large windows, built-in closets, in-room temperature control, and privacy-enhanced community bathrooms, as well as extensive shared lounge and study areas to support academic success and personal growth. Halls are renovated and updated to include freestanding furniture in rooms, more programmatic spaces, more bathroom privacy, and in-room temperature control.
