Step 1. Apply Online

As soon as you choose a suitable study course at Ukrainian University— you can easily apply online by filling in the online application form on our website. You can also send us the following documents by email.

Step 2. Get an Invitation Letter

In order to get the Invitation Letter you will need to cover the Invitation Letter Fee. After the Invitation Letter Fee is received your documents will be submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to issue an Invitation Letter. It takes approximately 7-10 working days to get the Invitation Letter. Please note that the courier charges are included in the Invitation Letter Fee. We will keep you updated regarding the whole process and will answer any of your questions during a time of waiting.
