Send us your documents via email. You can also Apply Online right on the website by filling in the online application form! The documents Required:
Passport (or any other ID document available)
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with transcripts (for PG students)
Filled Application Form
As soon as you are admitted we will send you the Admission Letter and theInvoice to cover your Tuition Fee by email.
Step 2. Get an Invitation Letter
If you have EU citizenship, there is no need to get the Invitation Letter.
International students who don’t have EU citizenship need to collect all the necessary packages of documents. The documents required:
Copy of the International Passport;
Document Proving English Language Level (required only for students from countries where English is not one of the national languages);
Receipt of Payment Covering the First-Year Tuition Fee;
Registration fee payment receipt (for specific Universities).
Invitations to study will be issued within 3-12 working days, after submitting all the mentioned packages of documents.
Step 3. English Language Examination
If English is your native language or if you have EU citizenship you do not need to pass any tests or exams!
If you need confirmation of knowledge of the English Language, we will conduct the ESOL Exam in the form of online testing. If you need any help our teachers will gladly assist you with any questions! The cost of the exam and the delivery of the certificate is 350$. You will receive it at your home address from the UK.
If you have already passed any English Language Exam you can submit your results and we will inform you if you need to re-pass your test. If you are a resident of a country where English is considered an official language, you also do not need to take a language test. However, please specify this matter in the embassy additionally.
Step 4. Obtain Study VISA
For EU citizens. There is no need to get a VISA.
Non-EU citizens must get a Student Visa at the nearest Polish embassy or consulate. Note that students need to book an appointment at the Polish Embassy for Visa submission as soon as the tuition fee is covered!
The mandatory documents for a Polish Visa application:
Poland Visa Application Form;
Two passport-sized photos;
Travel Medical Insurance;
Proof of accommodation (document confirming the availability in Poland of appropriate accommodation for the intended period of stay);
Documents confirming the sufficient financial resources to cover costs of living and return travel to the country of origin or residence;
Proof of payment of the tuition for one year, issued by International European University, Poland;
International European University, Poland Acceptance Letter;
International European University, Poland Invitation Letter;
Document proving your English or Polish language proficiency level;
Paid Visa fee receipt
We will make the VISA Process fast and comfortable for you so you don’t need to worry about anything. We will help you to collect all the necessary documents so you could get your VISA as soon as possible!
Step 5. Start the Classes
Remember to send us the tickets at least 5 working days before your arrival, so our representative could meet you at the airport and accompany you to the accommodation and to the university. As soon as you arrive in Poland we will help you to finish the Admission Process in 1-3 working days and you can start your classes immediately. Your dream University in Poland awaits!
